Program Costs and Payment:

While many summer programs charge thousands of dollars for their summer programs, we would like to keep all expenses to an affordable cost.

SSRP will offer the following three two-week sessions for the recreational team:

· Two week session’s tuition, session one: $350.00           (June 28^th – July 10^th)

· Two week session’s tuition, session two: $350.00          (July 12^th – July 24^th)

· Two week session’s tuition, session three: $350.00      (July 26^th – August 7^th)

·  Deposit: $150.00 (Due upon application by June 15^th.)                                Full Payment Due by June 22nd  $200.00

·  A discount of $100.00 will be giving to those doing more than one   session.

Tuition for joining any of the three recreational team's sessions will cover the following:

·    Coaching

·    Insurance coverage

·    One full year membership to sagamore

·    T-shirt

SSRP will also offer the following one six-week session for the travel team:

·  Six week session’s tuition, traveling team: $1,500.00     (June 28^th – August 8^th)

·  Deposit: $300.00 (Due upon application by April 30^th.)                               Full Payment Due by May 15^th  $1,200.00

Tuition for joining the travel team will cover the following:

·    Coaching

·    Insurance coverage

·    One full year membership to sagamore

·    Regatta entry fees

·    Transportation of equipment

·    Equipment rental

·    Transportation at the regatta site

·    Rowing unisuit, T-shirt and hat

Summer Program tuition fee will not cover travel expenses, food or hotels, however, we will be traveling and staying together as a team.

Full payment deadline: May 15th, 2010

Payment should be mailed to Coach Hugo’s attention at the address listed on the application form. If payment is not received on full by May 15th, 2010, the athlete’s slot in the program will be forfeited unless other arrangements have been made.

Refund/Cancelation Policy:

Finally, there is a non-refundable deposit due with the submission of your application. This deposit will only be refunded if the applicant is not accepted.  In the event an athlete registers for SSRP and is later unable to attend, a letter of cancellation must be received by Coach Hugo via mail or email to: coachhugo@sagamoresummerrowingprogram.org
