Program
Costs and Payment:
While many summer
programs charge thousands of dollars for their summer programs, we would like to
keep all expenses to an affordable cost.
We will offer the following three
two-week sessions for the recreational team:
Note:
you can
select any combination out of the six weeks (week 1 and week 4) once you get to
the checkout process. Also, if you want to register for more than two weeks, you
must select quantity of two sessions prior to checkout.
· Two week
session’s tuition, session one:
$375.00 (July 2nd – July 14th)
Full Payment Due by June 20th
· Two week
session’s tuition, session two: $375.00
(July
16th – July 28th)
Full Payment Due by June 20th
· Two week
session’s tuition, session three: $375.00(July
30th – August 11th)
Full Payment Due by June 20th
Tuition for joining any of the three recreational team's sessions will cover the
following:

one seven-week session for the travel team:

$3,500.00

The traveling team
will have the option of one full payment of $3,500.00 or two payments of
$1,750.00 each.

payment deadline: May 28th, 2012

Please know
that all payment will be done on line . If payment is not
received on full by the deadline, the
athlete’s slot in the program will be forfeited unless other arrangements have
been made.
Refund/Cancelation Policy:
Finally, there is a
non-refundable amount of $150.00 for the recreational program and a
non-refundable amount of $300.00 for the traveling program due with the submission of your application.
This amount will only be refunded if the applicant is not accepted. In the event an
athlete registers for the camp and is later unable to attend, a letter of
cancellation must be received by Coach Hugo via mail or email to:
